Über den Autor

he Anonymous Hesychast author of these works is an Eastern Orthodox monk who has devoted his entire life to "The Prayer" and to service to God through humility and obedience. His practice of the ancient prayer has brought him great peace and joy and has deepened his love for our Lord Jesus Christ and His most holy Mother, and it has given him a great desire to help his fellow man find this most sublime path. With this work he is extending his life's work of making the practice of true prayer reachable for all believers. In doing so, he does not want to draw any attention away from the work itself or the pursuit of prayer and, therefore, wishes to remain anonymous.
