Felix Klemme is a coach, entrepreneur, author and founder of Heartwork Leadership. He became known, among other things, through the TV programme "Extrem schwer", in which he supported people on their journey towards a healthier and more self-determined life. A graduate in sports science, he has spent many years exploring how people can realise their full potential - physically, mentally and emotionally. Drawing on his experience as an entrepreneur and coach, he developed the Heartwork Leadership approach.
