"The leaders who will matter in a world driven by AI are those who understand both the technology and the human capabilities it can't replicate. HUMA provides a rigorous, deeply human approach for developing exactly that combination. Required reading for anyone building organizations that will lead in the years ahead."
- Gopi Kallayi, Chief Business Strategist AI, Google

Technology advances faster than most can absorb. The geopolitical order is shifting. The expectations on leaders have changed fundamentally. Most leadership advice still belongs to the old world.

Whether you lead a company, a team, or your own life, HUMA gives you a practical path to stay relevant and impactful as AI reshapes how we work. The framework is built on Five Core Competencies that form the foundation of how a HUMA leader thinks and acts.

Together, these competencies generate the 10 Human Power Skills that define HUMA Leadership in practice. Among them are, for example, Curiosity, Collaboration, Sensemaking, Judgement, Empathy, and Social Responsibility.

The book provides concrete techniques for activating each competency and developing each skill. It explains the underlying mechanisms behind why these capabilities work, where they fail, and how to build them at the level high-performing organizations now require.

For leaders, founders, and anyone determined to shape the next era of work and life. HUMA is the framework that will keep you and your organization at the forefront of what comes next.
