Created and inspired when my daughter received the same diagnosis as me (ADHD + Autism), I wanted to gift her a book that help explained her brain's processes and needs simply and factually, so I wrote one about mine! I envision my books be what I call 'conversation openers'. My dream is that the book is read between adult and the child and then a chat about their individual selves and what can and could be done to manage, assist, uplift and radically love.
In this book, you are not going to find explanations of specific tools or management approaches (such as medication, therapy, etc.) as that is an individual or tailored experience, instead use this book to introduce the concept between adult and child.
