As an African Black disabled woman, she has spent decades challenging systemic exclusion and working to create truly inclusive spaces...She holds a background in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) from the University of Glasgow, Scotland, which shapes her work in trauma healing, conflict resolution, and structural change. As the founder of Sankofa Critical Whiteness Training & Organizational Development, she equips individuals and institutions to deconstruct privilege and dismantle systemic racism...Her initiative, EquiAble BIPoC Disability Network, pushes for policy changes in healthcare, education, and employment while demanding full accessibility for disabled BIPoC.
