Beschreibung
This monograph takes a new look at tribology with its basic concepts of friction and wear using the example of lubricating greases. The consideration of the phenomenon of occurring instabilities and the introduction of the entropy concept into lubricating grease tribology provide a new perspective on known phenomena.

The second part of this book presents a wide range of experimental possibilities for investigating lubricating greases.
