With over 25 years of experience in education and ministry, Charlie Conder has dedicated her life to creating spaces where students feel seen, celebrated, and unconditionally loved. She has served in classrooms, churches, and as a youth volunteer-always believing that students are the best people group on the planet. Since 2005, Charlie has led thriving student ministries and on-campus programs within the North Georgia Conference of the United Methodist Church, helping students use their voices to shape their churches and communities.A former Deaf and Hard of Hearing educator and ASL professor, Charlie brings a deep commitment to inclusivity and belonging to everything she does. As a certified coach and consultant, she spent nine years with The Rethink Group (Orange), equipping leaders to build sustainable, legacy-driven ministries. Driven by her passion for helping students feel known, she launched Charlie Cards-a line of confetti-filled encouragement cards designed to make every moment matter.
