Über den Autor
Mary Beth Wighton is an international dementia advocate who has greatly influenced the Canadian landscape and government policies as it pertains to dementia and human rights. Diagnosed at the age of 46, Wighton, now 54 years old, is living well with young-onset dementia along the beautiful shores of Lake Huron, in Ontario, Canada with her partner Dawn. Her family's motto of "carpe diem" is evident in her writing as she strives to be the best she can, every day - in both her private and public life. Mary Beth is the proud mom of daughters Brianna and Shayla and has recently become a grandma. She greatly enjoys her grandson, Finlay.
