"At 12.17am on 12 June 2010 the Review Conference of the Rome Statute (Review Conference) adopted a resolution annexing provisions on the crime of aggression, making it a crime under the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court (Rome Statute) to plan, prepare, initiate or execute the most serious forms of the illegal use of inter-State armed force"--
