Anke Fröhlich-Schauseil is a specialist in German art in the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries, particularly in Saxony. She has published monographs on Johann Christian Klengel, Johann Sebastian Bach the Younger, Christoph Nathe, and Johann Eleazar Zeissig.
